Wait, … what?
A high school theater? Why?
Well, … for what we think are a couple of very good reasons:
1) We’re very big advocates of live theater programs in high schools, and we can’t think of a better production for teenage students to participate in than this fatalistic love story of two star-crossed, teenage lovers. The story itself is timeless and the popularity of such productions has always been enormous, and more importantly, very well-attended.
2) We’re aggressively going out of our way to help as many high schools as possible, all across the country, by providing all production materials free of charge, including a $0 licensing agreement, to each of the 3,000+ counties. See our “Agreement” page for detailed information on how this can work to the benefit of a high school in your own county.
Yes, our goal may be lofty, but our intentions are sincere. We absolutely hope that one high school from each and every state county (or county equivalent) will take advantage of this generous offer. This includes public high schools, private high schools and charter high schools alike. All are eligible.
And so, we encourage you to browse through each of our web pages to learn more about this wonderful production; you’ll even be able to listen to a sampling of several of the more popular musical selections from this highly-acclaimed show. Then, maybe you’ll be the voice that best gets the attention of your local school administrators to become the latest member of what will most certainly become a very exclusive club … those high schools which have taken advantage of the opportunity to perform the all-new stage musical, “Two Hours Time” … completely free of charge!
